CCRYN-Collaborative Centre for Mind Body Intervention through Yoga
CCRYN-Collaborative Centre for Mind Body Intervention through Yoga is established by the Central Council for Research in Yoga & Naturopathy (CCRYN), Delhi and Post Graduate Institute of Medical Education & Research (PGIMER), Chandigarh as a Collaborative Research Centre at PGIMER, Chandigarh, India. The projects funded by faculty of PGI have been jointly conceived between CCRYN, Delhi and PGIMER, Chandigarh. CCRYN is funding the projects in their entirety, whereas PGI Chandigarh has provided the Institutional approval, expertise, patients and study subjects and office space for housing research personnel in its premises. Coordination and Monitoring of Research Activities are being done by a committee constituted by CCRYN and PGI Chandigarh. CCRYN and Collaborative Institute are making necessary arrangements for publishing the research data in authenticated Journals or wherever possible, in consultation with each other. All relevant patents/copyrights in the research programme and its findings are in the name of the Principal Investigator, Co-investigators and the benefits of the above-mentioned patents/copyrights are being held for the benefit and use of the Ministry of AYUSH, Govt. of India.

Punjab Medical Council
One main function of the Medical Council is to provide for the registration of all doctors and to maintain an up to date register of all medical practitioners. Any person who possesses the necessary qualification/qualifications as prescribed in the Medical registration act and has passed all the necessary medical exams and wants to practice in the state of Punjab can register himself with the Punjab Medical Council. The Punjab Medical Council registration will be considered provided it follows all the norms and conditions laid down by this body. Even those persons who have passed any entrance exam of any medical institution in India and have gained admission in the said institution can get registered provisionally. If a person already registered with the council has acquired some additional qualifications, he can get those qualifications also registered with the council.

Neuroscience Research Lab, PGIMER Chandigarh
The mission of the lab is to pioneer therapies for retinal degeneration and dementia, acquire leadership in providing high quality invitro and invivo testing facilities for toxicological and preclinical evaluation of industrial drugs and biotherapeutics, expand molecular diagnostic program for neurological disorders and train graduate students in latest cellular, molecular, electrophysiological and behavioral techniques.

Rehabilitation Council of India
The Rehabilitation Council of India has been set up as a Statutory Body under an Act of Parliament and its specific role is to develop, standardize and regulate training programmes/ courses at various levels in the field of Rehabilitation and Special Education. It also maintains the Central Rehabilitation Register for qualified Professionals/ Personnel in the area of Rehabilitation and Special Education and promotes Research in Special Education.
Ministry Of Statistics And Programme Implementation
The Members of Parliament Local Area Development Division is entrusted with the responsibility of implementation of Members of Parliament Local Area Development Scheme (MPLADS). Under the scheme, each MP has the choice to suggest to the District Collector for works to the tune of Rs.5 Crores per annum to be taken up in his/her constituency.
The Rajya Sabha Members of Parliament can recommend works in one or more districts in the State from where he/she has been elected.
The Nominated Members of the Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha may select any one or more Districts from any one State in the Country for implementation of their choice of work under the scheme. The Ministry has issued the guidelines on MPLADS Scheme including implementation and monitoring of the scheme. The Department has initiated all necessary steps to ensure that the scheme is successfully implemented in the field.
